Prohibited Content and Conduct
Brodar strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that facilitates or relates to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or constitutes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to:
Visual depictions of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) across any media formatting (images, text, video, or computer-generated assets).
Child grooming behaviors, sexualization of minors, sextortion, or child trafficking.
Content Enforcement and Removal Action
Upon obtaining actual knowledge or receiving a report of a policy violation, Brodar B.V. will take immediate appropriate action. This includes the swift, permanent removal of the offending material, immediate suspension or termination of the responsible user's account, and reporting confirmed cases to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional law enforcement authorities.
